The first agency, Europractice, founded in 1994 in Castres, France, emerged in response to the demand for increased interaction between young Europeans wanting to improve their language level and gain professional experience and the demand of British businesses in great need of personnel. With experience in managing more than 3000 job contracts a year, Europractice, for now over a decade, has been the leader in placing young people and students in jobs within the UK and Ireland. Present in Spain, France, Germany, and England, over the years we have created an international infrastructure devoured by the best universities, business schools, and youth organizations, and backed by the more than 6000 international businesses with whom we currently operate who are always on the lookout to hire dynamic and motivated individuals as much for employment as for work placements. Developped in 2005, Flyandwork.com seeks to facilitate the direct communication between businesses and candidates.
